Background:

The United States Institute of Retirement Planning Education was was founded in 2006 by Wisconsin Resident Matthew T. McGonigle.  Mr. McGonigle acts as our founding trustee and is also the owner of the The MTM Financial Group and subsidiaries: MTM Retirement Resources, Inc. and First Descent Financial Marketing, Inc. 

Mr. McGonigle believes that it is not necessary to charge retirees additional fees for retirement services as advisors and insurance agents are thoroughly compensated through commissions; which do not come out of the client's hard earned savings.

The Institute is recognized in the State of Wisconsin as a Common Law Trust as of February, 19th 2007 and recorded on March 2nd, 2007, as document number 3462058, in confirmation of SS:226.12(1)(a), in the County of Waukesha.
